Plan for a Secure
Retirement Future

SpiriTrust Lutheran® is pleased to offer three different entrance fee plans to best meet your individual financial goals and circumstances. With all plans, you pay a one-time entrance fee and an inclusive monthly service fee.

Traditional Plan

This plan is our non-refundable option and offers the lowest entrance fee for a specific residence. Under the Traditional Plan, the entrance fee amortizes over the first 60 months of residency to a zero balance. During the first five years, you would receive a refund of a portion of the entrance fee according to the terms and conditions of your residency agreement should your agreement be terminated. Any refunds are paid within 60 days after the residence is re-occupied.

Estate Preservation Plans

These plans offer a refundable portion regardless of the amount of time the residence is occupied.

Plan I: This plan offers a 50% refund of the entrance fee. Under Estate Preservation Plan I, the entrance fee amortizes over the first 30 months of residency to a 50% refund balance according to the terms and conditions of your residency agreement. Any refunds are paid within 60 days after the residence is re-occupied.

Plan II: This plan offers an 80% refund of the entrance fee. Under Estate Preservation Plan II, the entrance fee amortizes over the first 12 months of residency to an 80% balance according to the terms and conditions of your residency agreement. Any refunds are paid within 60 days after the residence is re-occupied.

Affordable Retirement in Pennsylvania

Having a fixed monthly expense allows you to budget with confidence. There also are tax benefits of retiring in Pennsylvania: state residents do not pay state income tax on Social Security, pension benefits, veterans pension or Supplemental Security Income.
