The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released their August 2024 Care Compare Five-Star Ratings of Nursing Homes recognizing SpiriTrust Lutheran^® – The Village at Sprenkle Drive for achieving a five-star Overall Quality rating.

CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers more easily compare nursing homes and to help identify areas about which they may have questions. The Nursing Home Care Compare website features a quality rating system that gives each nursing home a rating of between one and five stars. Nursing homes with five stars are considered to have quality much above average and nursing homes with one star are considered to have quality much below average.

The report contains one overall five-star rating for each nursing home and separate ratings for health inspections, staffing and quality measures. In addition to its overall five-star rating, The Village at Sprenkle Drive earned a five-star rating in quality measures and four-star ratings in health inspections.
